Any trouble with SC 852?

Hello!

I own a SC 130, a SC 252 and a SC 852 by Vermeer. I got troubles with this 3 machines which are pretty new (About 50 hrs for the SC 130) and less than 600 hrs for the SC 252 and SC 852.
I got big troubles with the SC 852 : Cummins Engine doesn't work well anymore, remote control out of order and button on the machine not workling.
The problem is that I'm French, so leaving in France (nobody's perfect ;-) ) and there are only 2 SC 852 and not very much more across Europe. The local dealer who sold it to me is not able to fix that, the original importer doesn't exist anymore and the new importer doesn't want to support the costs... I'm pretty young, and I'm paying every month to the bank the rate, but I haven't been able to work with any of these 3 machines for more than 8 months!!! So, I'm little bit pissed off!
So please help me and share your experience about the SC 852.

P.S.: But I'm pretty convinced that these machines are good, just a pain in the that nobody is able to repair them here and that they don't have the American way of service!
 
I have a friend who has an 852 and had similar problems with it and he just unplugged a red wire, which one I have no idea. I can call him up and ask later today.
 
Your warranty is for 1 yr or 1000 hrs unless you bought the extended 3yr/3000 hr version.

Call Vermeer and hold them to their statements below.
