Annoying People

It's an interesting take on how to reduce your own stress. Unfortunately, I either choose, or am not capable of much of what he suggests. He makes it seem so simple but in my own convoluted mind, its not so easy. I understand what he says about loosing the human contact with the person who you feel failed you, but I feel if they fail me, I have no place for them in my world. I should practice complaining less because it only brings others down. However, how much can you keep inside before you snap like that movie where the guy looses it on the interstate(Michael Douglas?)

Mike, do you practice this? If so, I admire you. I have always wished I was one of "those people". How do you do it?

Practicing this and more is a passion of mine. Gotta watch your thinking. Be the observer of your thoughts. Think about, well....what you are thinking about. You will probably observe the mind focuses upon guilt (whether on yourself or others). When I recognized my thoughts were almost completely built upon the wobbly foundation of fear, I remembered that I had a chance to change it all inside myself. There lays your power to change to a more loving version of yourself.

Anyone can do it. It is not a special power at all. It is our birthright to feel good inside.
Anyway...I love that dudes laugh. Makes me crack up.

And PS...I still suck sometimes too, its all part of the game... the carnival of life.
