All the saws and chains

We have a variety of saws these days. Stihl 200t, 201t, HT103, 261’s, 661, 066 and Husqvarna 540i, T535i’s, and 530iP. Now we have all the rolls of chains and boxes in the trucks to get mixed up. That all comes to .325m-.043, 3/8m-.050, .3/8p-.050, .325-.050, and 3/8-.050.

Do people have tricks to managing all the different chains or resizing some saws to run on other chains?

We use plastic organizer boxes from Harbor Freight to manage our chains; each compartment is labeled for a specific size and only that size goes in that compartment.

We do keep all our larger saws on 3/8” .050 which helps too, cuts down on the number of chains we need, and we use only five different bar lengths, so in total we carry only five chains.

I try to keep things at least somewhat standard on the saws we use the most.
16" 3/8 lol pro on the 200t's
20"/24"/28" 3/8p .050 full comp on the rear handles.
The odd ones are 36" 3/8p 0.58 skip and the little echo with a 10" 1/4p, neither of which see a new chain very often.
