Just got off the phone with all gear. They don't want to answer my questions and tried to direct me to the rope distributor. Makes me a bit angry that they tried to pass me off when I wanted a strait answer from the rope manufacture.
Looks like I'll be dismantling it and staying away from products that the manufacture doesn't want to answer questions about.
