I did. They're sending me new ones and didn't ask for these back. I guess to them they're technically a defective item so it's just a straight replacement rather than an exchange. I agree their CS is top notch!

Yes, the holes for the pin are still there, but I searched around and no one sells just the pins. The one hole below the gate is threaded.
