6 Ring Harness Questions

Hey guys, i just bought a new harness that has a back shoulder ring. Im trying to figure out how i could transfer my lifeline from my rope bridge to my back without fully disconnecting from it.

Throw a prussic on your life line, clip one end of your lanyard to said prussic and put the lanyard adjuster on your bridge. Disconnect climbing system, clip in to where you want, then slack out and disconnect your lanyard from the prussic.

Lemme ask the next question @Ian Detmer , are you talking about like a dorsal attachment like a fall arrest harness or are you referring to a life support attachment spot at the back pad like the T. Motion?
