4th annual CT Rec climb

Hey Andrew yep he should be here. We had a tricky day today. Tell you all about it tomorrow. For the people who need to get ahold of me if you are running late here is my number203-856-7888.

ps if anyone can bring metal fencing., 2 pieces 4ft BY 4ft or your BB Q grate that would be awesome! we are trying to throw together a last minute pig roast! My buddy is picking up the pig from the farmer tonight.

Steal rods would help also.

See you in the am!

For the people who cant make it, hope to see you next year

Epic. It's the only word that comes to me right now. Absolutely EPIC! Setting up that zipline in the rain while the pig was roasting, figuring out the route and pruning, pulling get trees out of the way, dialing it in... All the great people there having a total blast.

Ian, my hat is off to you for putting together another great weekend full of fun. I'm so stoked to see what moss can make out of all the killer footage we have from this amazing weekend. Sorry for spilling a bit of coffee on your roof...

Thanks, Ian...thanks, Roberto for roasting...thanks everyone. You guys rule. Can't wait for next year!

Kieran, no matter what you see in the footage or hear about, you still had the best run, buddy. You truly braved it.

2014, 4th Annual Rec climb was a Hit! Despite the down pouring rain and heavy winds we had!
Thanks to Andrew Joslin aka Moss the ultimate woods man for getting the fire started in the rain for the pig roast! Erik Wipple Aka oceans I don’t know what we would have grilled on if you didn’t bring that Grate! Roberto Elizondo Thanks for bringing the pig and being the grill master!
Always Good times climbing with Danny Rodriguez! I wish I could work with him and with his crew! Nice to hear about your west coast adventures also!
Aaron row with his awesome dread locks soaring through the sky on the zip had some really fast and good zips! It’s Always a blast to climb with you Aaron Aka (Good predator). Kiron Way to be the Guinea pig on the first zip line run in the dark and in the rain!
It was cool to hear about the advancements of the two rope runners that Erik and Andrew had with them. I can’t wait to get my updated rope runner from Kevin Bingham to climb SRT with!
Thanks again to all the people who came out and we look forward to seeing you all at next year’s Climb!

We dialed the zip in to perfection Sunday morning, some great rides. Superlative get together! Kieran is the official hero of the weekend for doing his awesome night test run! It takes some guts to fly into the unknown out of the top of a tree in the dark! The Costa Rica crew rocked it, after a taste of their fine tequila, and their stories I couldn't tell if I was in the tropical cloud forest or the Connecticut hills! Thanks to Goodaking for his generosity hosting the event!

Thanks, moss. But I have to ask what is that fleshy mound behind the pig leg? It, strangely enough, looks like a breast.

Hey guys i just found a micro chip that can be slid in to a SD card. Not sure if it's Danny's and was suppose to go to moss?

Thanks to all you guys that brought yourselves and your gear and your good times. Can't wait till next year and a possible 600' zipper!?

KYAPLE, seriously big props for your first zip in the dark and rain

Thanks Ian!
