Used 2001 model Husqvarna 3120XP. Sold as a parts saw, it doesn't start or run.

What I know:
This saw is 11 years old. It has been checked over, but does not start. Pull cord pulls, so not locked up. Normal troubleshooting (spark plug, etc) steps have been taken, to no avail.
As is, no returns. Good parts saw, the clutch cover is only about a year old. Nothing but the bar and chain missing.
