That exhaust/catalytic converter being right behind the passenger's heads, even outside the cabin on top of the V8 engine must make a heck of a roar in performance mode. But since hot air rises and things near exhaust manifolds get real hot. It makes perfect sense to get rid of it ASAP in an upper/rearward direction. Might even be getting a little jet powered forward motion with this type of exhaust to help move things forward!
Hands down the most bad azz hybrid I've ever seen or heard of.
