    4-5 times ebitda is industry standard. Most buyers like recurring revenue. Small tree companies aren't worth much more than the assets.

    Arborgold can do everything incuding chemical tracking. Customer service is 7am to 7pm and they have a chat that my office likes. No software is perfect.
