hitch cord
Ive been meaning to give HRC a try, but ive been waiting for them to fix the hemorrhaging that people have been experiencing. Seems like most hitch cords have that problem from time to time.. taking in the slack of a pantin
I use mine on DRT and dont have much trouble getting the line to feed through after the first 10 feet or so... As mentioned, you can tie on a weight or saw, or you can use a single foot lock on the tail of the rope with the free foot to help pull the slack through..- KingArbor

Footlocking Question
remember to really sit back into the saddle (arms straight) and raise your legs high (almost parallel to your chest) while making your lock every time. Climbing Boots
Right now im on Wesco Jobmasters (heavy but awesome boots, got mine on eBay new for $190 with original box and receipt), and I just got a pair of Timberland Endurance Pro's for ground and footlocking - They are nice leather and lightweight, but I dont see me getting more than a year out of them...- KingArbor

Work Based Weight Training

Idk why they took the Heli-logger portion of the show off the air. They were far more competant than those sorry a** swamp loggers they have on the show. Maybe they went under. Last season they said that they were the last Heli Loggers around and were struggling as a business.- KingArbor

Suggestions on new climbing saddle???
Sherrill's %150 price crusher saves me plenty, even over the local arborist supply store, only down side is they dont have free shipping like WesSpur. Do you prefer leg straps or a seat? Your lanyard?
Just picked up a whole new setup. I was using a steel core with a US standard adjuster b4. I liked it but the lanyards cost about $80 and always tend to wear out quick with the cable running throught the rope cover.
