Stihl gas and oil caps like or loath?

I remember when stihl started putting them on their saws. Never liked them.

    Phone policy for tree crews

On social media a see a lot of cell phone videos made by the drivers in heavy commercial vehicles. Some of these videos are filmed inside heavy cranes while being driven on the roadways. (Not hands free). It’s obviously dangerous but many don’t know how steep the fines are for phone use in...

    Oh my handyman and landscapers!

My dad used to say that most people remember what they paid, not how good of a job was done. As professionals we don’t prefer to work for “most people.”

    T540i XP vibration

Yea I did do that. Got one spare. I guess a small wood chip must have caused the damage last time. Only 3 blades left!!

Milwaukee telescoping pole pruner. First impressions

Yes. I tested it on everything I could find. It’s rated for 1 3/4” but it will cut 2. Even snipped a couple large rhododendron stems

Milwaukee telescoping pole pruner. First impressions

Yea definitely heavy. It’s pretty easy to get used to though because there’s no cord to pull for the cut. Just a button

Milwaukee telescoping pole pruner. First impressions

Received it last week. We like it already. It’s very powerful and will cut up to 2” limbs. The only con so far is that the blade is not a good quality steel. Like other reviews have stated, it can get knicked easier than other commercial grade pole pruners (manual not battery powered)...

    T540i XP vibration

Update Good news! The vibration was caused by a broken cooling fan. It’s plastic and costs anywhere from 5-20 bucks depending on where you buy it from. I discovered that the fan is fragile and it is a common issue with this particular saw. I am surprised at how much it vibrates and how...

    T540i XP vibration

I don’t think so although I am new to battery chainsaws. This being my first. The sprocket has no play. Bar and chain are good. Not a lot of hours on this saw.

    T540i XP vibration

I’ve had my T540i for almost a year now. It suddenly has a vibration when squeezed the throttle that is pretty loud and I can feel it in my hands. I cannot figure out what is causing it. I took the bar cover off and cleaned everything. It doesn’t make the vibration when the bar and chain are...
