Not maga, I just choose not to spend that much time online. In the 60's we were supposed to kill our TV's, now I guess not spending enough time staring at a screen is the problem. Times have changed my friend.
Granted, I don't venture out and explore the wilds of the internet but this is without a doubt the most bizarre thread I've ever come across. It's only out of shear morbid curiosity that I pop in once in a while to see what rabbit trail it's heading down now :D
I finally broke down and started using my phone to deposit checks as soon as I get them after my daughter sat on my wallet after swim practice and soaked some checks that had to be rewritten :D
Fair enough
Funny you mentioned him being a Democrat, that was the knock on him from a lot of Republicans at the very beginning of his presidential aspirations. You know, before he became a Nazi and what not :D
You mean other than getting him elected?
From what I can see of people's locations participating in this thread, most seem to live in deep blue regions. My point being, outside of those areas, people may not realize how that trial was perceived by the rest of the country. People didn't see it...
All gov't regulations are a show of force. Of course, some regulations are necessary for a functioning society but just because it makes you feel warm and fuzzy doesn't negate the fact that it's still a show of force. Don't believe me? Refuse to pay the fine and see what happens. Somebody...
Agreed. There's a paradox in big government. People want to give the gov't control over every aspect of our lives when it's their person in power but don't stop consider, what happens when the other party has that power? Trump getting elected isn't a crisis if we hadn't granted the gov't so much...
Sounds like that could be a nice setup. It always seemed like the wildcard with an air spade was soil conditions. Hard dry clay soil and it's a slow going dust bowl. Same soil with the right moisture and it cuts through pretty easy.
Having been involved in those same hobbies (except motorcycles) I find it interesting too and actually in the (albeit slow) process of getting rid of all the unnecessary equipment. I went through a major downsizing after a divorce and a lot of "hobby stuff" just got thrown in boxes. Now I'm...
This is from an email from Aerohunter that was posted on a hunting forum yesterday.
We are closing our production shop and soon will be closing our doors. It's time for our founder to retire after 38 years. We do have some products available and will be offering them at closeout prices by next...
Unfortunately that's what it looks like. I just hope they continue to have a successful business regardless of what they're making. We need businesses like that
Anshutz are really popular with the smallbore silhouette shooters here. I use an Exemplar 22lr for handgun silhouette. Their triggers will spoil a person quick!

That's funny I was just going to sight in my 336 this weekend. That was my first deer rifle I bought in high school and haven't used it too much in recent years. Never loaded for it very much...
What are you loading these days?
I was putting together a 30BR benchrest rifle before all this hit but with my kids out of school last year/summer and side work haven't had any time for the range and matches were cancelled anyway
That's cool. I realize you're doing it on the side but I always thought in higher end markets there could be a good niche for somebody specializing in smaller jobs that tree companies have a hard time servicing.
I did a lot small tree jobs when I started my landscape maintenance business. It...
