So, for the last couple of days I go to run our " new" 30124 manitowoc. Running around our home town removing EAB ash. We've been driving past this big old bastard for 2 years looking forward to turning it into a stump( strictly because it's riddled with EAB).

- most are arrogant

Anyone point me in the direction of a video etc of the ergo being set up and used on srt?. Can't find anything. Specifically how the croll attaches to the y harness.

Had just about enough of trees. Need some career guidance. So far with my transferable skills I could work at McDonalds or, be a walmart greeter. Anyone else have any ideas? Did anyone else want out and get out successfully? Thoughts?

So, it seems that tree companies, with the exception of guys like Cameron and the Mayer boys, most guys seem to prefer boom trucks (be it swing cab or stand up) manitex etc, over mobile hydraulic cranes Grove Terex etc. Question is, why? For example, there is no comparison between a 40 ton Terex...
I'm curious how other multi crew, say 3+ ,operate. The extent of my career has been spent at small 1 or 2 crew companies, with the exception of the large municipal contractor with +\- 40 removal, pruning and stumping crews.
So, do your 3+ crew companies operate with specialized crews who work...
