    Wildfires

I don’t think I could dedicate a rig to full on water tank for day to day work, but I definitely like where your heads at. Man, that’s too close to home, sorry…. I’ve been waking up to ashes on the trucks the passed week from a 110,000 acre fire 60-70 miles west as the crow flies. This is the...

    Wildfires

As many of us are/will be experiencing severe drought, and wildfires, what are people stocking their trucks with in case something happening on a work site? Where I’m at in Colorado, we’re bouncing between stage 2 and stage 3 fire restrictions. I’ve got appropriate spark arrestors on the saws...

    ArboSpace Ropes??

Anyone have any experience with this supplier or their ropes? I ordered some of their hurrican 11.5mm 24 strand. Haven’t climbed on it yet, seems fine out of the box, but the jacket/core interface seems very loose….. ill definitely be taking this to the park to milk it.

Bad Petzl, Good Bartlett Arborist Supply

Petzl is over rated in my opinion. After reading your story, and recently going through a similar situation with another brand (different industry) I will not be buying petzl products moving forward. Bartlett has always always done good by me, and never hesitates to do so.

    Arbor trolley

I feel like 99% of our job is risk mitigation. The other 1% actual tree work and maintenance.

    New CDL Requirements

Can anyone dumb it down for me? I have my med card for my class B. Is there any required changes, or business as usual?

    Arbor trolley

These carts are such an asset! Even after the acquisition of a mini skid, cart still comes in quite handy.

    Edelrid woodpecker

I like it a lot, and when I ordered it, it was reasonably priced too. Haven’t looked in awhile, things may have changed…..
