I got a call to lift a commercial A/C unit. Weighs 2000 lbs and will be placed on a roof.
I will be close to the building and the lift will be 3 stories.

Had this happen once after chipping brush in slushy conditions. Big temp drop that night. I wish I had a solution. It took a long time with heat. The chips insulated the ice. !!!
It’s been pretty good although we discovered a little leak coming from the PTO. Loosing a little ATF from a seal when running the crane. Not a lot but it is being addressed now. It’s covered under the warranty.
I have the 280 head. Considering the 160 for its compact size. It would be helpful...
The last pic showing the trunk is interesting. Was this oak backfilled around recently? The grade looks high on the deck side but maybe it’s just the angle of the pic…
Everything Reach mentioned. Also, I’ve had a brand new trailer with really touchy brakes. Turned out that one of the wires on the trailer to the left side brakes was disconnected. Seemed that all the power was going to the right side. Brakes would lock up slightly above the lowest setting
