    I just recently added the ventilation pants to my ensemble. I also sport their gloves. I never thought about wearing those head things treestuff gives me too many of under it. I figured I would end up sweating more out than I can carry in water every day.

    Yah yah! I read a lot. But I felt a need to post on this thread because I think the Protos is the best helmet ever. I am a HUGE Pfanner fan.

    It comes stock with the Mesh screen from Treestuff.com. However I believe you can substitute the clear plastic one in if you call them for no additional charge. Someone else may have ordered theirs that way and would be a better authority on the matter.

    Do you still have the tubing and accessory bungee that came with the Treemotion and when did you purchase it?

    You ever forget the screen is down and spit? Happens to me all the time, I should stop chewing maybe.

    The mesh visor is super beefy! Two months ago using a visorless stock hardhat I took a good size branch butt to the corner of my eye while running the rope for another climber. A few days later I ordered the Protos and haven't looked back. I do look like a stormtrooper now though, which is cool.
