Just simply build the cost into your estimate, don't worry about quantifying it like a tow company would. If you think the tree requested to take care of is more difficult to get to, just tack on the amount that makes you feel more comfortable with doing the job. That's just my 2 cents, for...- MattT

2015 Annual CT Rec Climb
If anyone's up for some more tulip climbing here's a photo of one I took for the CT notable tree project. It's on my parents property and it has a few good sized children as well. I'm 5 10 to put this tulips diameter in scale.- MattT
