Nice trailer! Those are ridiculously expensive new. Would having sides have made life easier for smaller pieces? Can you load the truck that is pulling the trailer without unhooking?
Overly expensive!!! They wanted to sell me a radiator for my S600 at like 5-600$. Had a local guy make me one for 90$. Same thing for the muffler, or any part that comes off that machine.
That is a nice truck that probably didn't get abused in the last three years. That being said, 5k seems like very little depreciation for that amount of time....
Just curious, what makes you nervous or reluctant to purchase Terex again? Apparently they will have parts for 10 years and anything is still makeable. There are some sweet deals on 750s around.
I bought an old trailer and built a wooden frame on it. Had a buddy print me three 4X8 signs that make one big one 12X8 when put together. When stuff gets slow, which it hasn't in a while, I would park the trailer in a public place and lock the wheel. Never had any problems. Cost me 500$...
