Auction Fundraiser: set of MCRS pads, new Rope Logic steel core flip line, two unused climbing ropes

No it was too rainy today. If the driveway is still wet when I get home early in the morning, I’ll measure it in the living room. I’ll have an answer for you at 9am this morning.

Auction Fundraiser: set of MCRS pads, new Rope Logic steel core flip line, two unused climbing ropes

Either one, I’d prefer posts, but if you want to be anonymous, you can PM me. The Blue Water rope is at 50$ now. Also if the winner of the XTC wants, it will arrive with an eye splice at no additional cost, courtesy of an anonymous member here. I climb on a couple of this person’s splices...

Spider lift flipped over in Louisiana

Worked fine for a few months and suddenly flipped over one day. That article isn’t stating everything. I truly hope the guy heals up well and gets back to earning.

That one pic of the lanyard tag says “swivel snap”. It most certainly is not a swivel snap. Maybe if you win it and bitch loudly about such fallacy they’ll give you one with a swivel. Probably not, but stranger things have happened. I probably would’ve noticed sooner if I’d bothered to use it.

Auction Fundraiser: set of MCRS pads, new Rope Logic steel core flip line, two unused climbing ropes

So recently our forum friend Mower had his world turned upside down due to a house fire. Him and his partner lost almost everything including some precious pets, and it’s a stressful struggle beyond my imagination. I’d like to help out a bit. I don’t have much in liquid capital, but I do have...

    CMI Holdway

The included Slic Pin Shackle alone is also sold separately at other vendors, I think for over 40$. Looks useful, like a Quickie but for rigging loads.

New father to a Captain Hook looking for setup advice

Def gotta make sure nothing gently touches that trigger at all. Like a twig or one’s own thigh.

Oh shat, anyone got anything good to trade for my Zillon? Because fuck that thing as a lanyard adjuster.

    I love the Notch Rook!!!

I think I bought one from you. Curious where you got it from, it’s the only gray one I’ve seen, the color looks great on my Ergovation bridge. Usually the Rook is that ugly institutional green color or could buy the Hydra which is orange. As far as I know the color and words branded on the...

Yeah, just an occasional vice, I think we last had one in June. Depending on ingredients and toppings, pizza can be relatively healthy, but I wouldn’t see many more birthdays if that particular one was everyday eats.

Ordered pizza and it was so pretty, I took a pic of it. Pretty dang good. Pepperoni, sausage, ham, bacon, meatball, and mushrooms.

Anyone using the Stein SMB 1000?

I’ve not used it, but I’m a big fan of fixed bollard devices strapped right to the trunk. I doubt you’d regret it, looks nice. I got the FTC Microcylinder now, it’s great, but I wonder if I should’ve spent the extra 200$ or whatever on the next bigger size. It’s rare that I need bigger that 9/16...

Split pea soup made with ham and bacon, and homemade Italian bread still hot from the oven. Delicious. After Thanksgiving, my dad usually makes a split pea soup with the leftover smoked turkey, quite different, but excellent as well.

    I love the Notch Rook!!!

Ditto, love my Rooks. I got one on the bridge of my 2 saddles and got a 3rd that I sometimes use on a lanyard with stopper knots, kinda cool to use bulk hitch cord without having big knots. That’s the only pic of it I can find, but now it’s got 8mm Beeline with a distel hitch.
