    I could have passed the test 10 years before I took it. If I dropped my certification tomorrow, I'd be just as adept. The Certification is a minimum benchmark. The certification seems to be a useful tool, but the rest of the tools in the toolbox are important too.

    November 2014 ... new measurement ... 273.42 ft. One more that grew the past couple years despite low rainfall in Nor Cal. Not sure where the OP image went, but here's the lower trunk. The woman is standing at the trunks low grade point .... the hillside is steep.

    Shared this in a couple places. One more from last week. My first trip to the redwoods with a monopod. I also used a tripod. This shot was with monopod. The results were better than expected for detail and steadiness once I figured out how to brace it different than merely an upright stick...
