    To end this derail 3 words...zero turn radius. This is where the production speed results appear from. Over days weeks months years. Mini skids are a much better choice for residential tree work than what the salesman is pushing to become a "legend" in moving units out the door.

    It just plain doesn't open wide enough to grasp bundles of branches no matter what you say. 1 big one or maybe a couple of larger ones...then it runs out of opening width and you have to choreograph like hell to not look real dumb for buying the thing.
