    Never heard of the book but I'm sure the human body was never designed to run 6 miles a night for say 10 years impacting on a hard surface like concrete. That is repetitive use injury waiting to happen. That's all I'm saying.

    Just a word to the wise from someone that is old and has consulted with and observed other peer/old people at the gym and elsewhere. Seems almost everyone near my age has had to quit running. Torn or non existent (mine) meniscus and a plethora of scope/operations are all I hear from them...

    As tho tree guys don't get a bad rap as it is........always seems a shoot out at a trailer park or a drunken girlfriend drowning after an argument on a boat on a river etc always seems to get identified as a "tree service owner or employee".
