I haven't, but if you do the math on 1.3% @ 540lbs that TreeStuff specifies for the Ivy they sent out the email on the other day, and the 1.6% @ 650lbs that Samson has on the HyperClimb, those are the *exact* same elongation numbers.
mac, let us know what 1/4" bar/chain you end up going with. Arbsession has the sprockets, of course (those are relatively easy to find, it seems). You looking at 14", 16", or whichever one you can find?
Just received one of his most recent run (loop, not grommet) a few weeks ago - it replaces an over-the-shoulder webbing strap that I've been using for a year and a half or so, and it is 1000000% superior.

I tried one on last weekend and basically just hung in it for 5 minutes (this build was actually inspired by yours). It is different from the treeMO, that's for sure.

I'm just running mine with a snap, tending pulley, hitch cord, and biner...what is the use case that necessitates an SRT device on there? I'm always splitting my load between the main climb line and the hook line (so I don't need extra friction). Just wondering.
