    If only dumping half a load of whatever and moving trailer to dump the rest elsewhere, power down is easier on the chassis with the added weight. I have seen some side mounted dual cylinders get bound up from lifting uneven loads. I prefer the scissor lift too.

    2nd Stihl saw for climbing

    I run a 262C for the bigger cuts. It's also my crane saw with a LW 20'' bar. Good power for the weight given. Up from there, I skip over the 60cc class saws. For just a tad more weight, a MS440 or a 462 would be the go to with a 28'' LW. My 440 is down for a rebuild, and I don't have a 462 yet...

    Overuse Injuries

    Mine too. I have reduced refined sugar intake to almost nothing. My home brew, large sized, coffee gets half a teaspoon of pure cane sugar. I eat very few sweets, just a lil bit of Ice cream here and there during summer months, and additional cut backs throughout the years.
