    vancouver bc to honolulu goes from about 4-500 airfae I think. 5 hours flight from here. direct from Schiphol to vancouver can be had for near 6 or 700 depending on season and carrier (prices in CAN $)

    MD Vaden, I hear you on the 14' and 16' orchard ladders. I hate! my 14' and rarely use it. I have an 8 that is not so bad although I have a bit of rope I use to tie around the leg and the third rung to limit its travel if on dodgy ground.
