    Tick borne illness

I tested positive for it and have absolutely no issues at all. The issues I thought were due to that were resolved through other approaches. I second what Rico says about the tests. I have very little faith in the testing process from your average Dr.

    Grapplesaw Heads

I prefer not to have a hold fast option. Part of the dissipation of leverage is to have the piece find the orientation that is best. Sometimes the pivot in the connecting interface just isn't enough. Trying to keep something Locked in a position could put some additional forces the boom isn't...

    Overuse Injuries

It's a big struggle for us. I basically only use sugar in the first ferment kombucha and occasionally a recipe. Other than that, just when we goi out for dinner. I feel you on the ice cream. We're huge fans but reserve it for really nice places who make their own.

Sorry to hear that @Crimsonking Dr Klinghart has some great stuff for AG and @rico is very knowledgable also. @Neill sugar is so bad. It's also my biggest weakness

Dude........We started doing raw dairy almost a year ago and let me tell you about their butter. It's a yellow and a richness I just can't describe. Perfect amount of salt. Sometimes when I'm getting some out of the container I cut a sliver and eat it. So good. A friend who's a Chef was...

    2025-Happy Birthday-Treebuzz

Happy Birthday. I don't even know how to find that in a timely fashion. I had a previous username and that may be my oldest. I think I played this game once before and was only able to find my current oldest post.

I hope so. I'd really like to actually train for the comp this year but a bunch of hammers just had birthdays so my age group just got a lot bigger.

    What slings do you recommend?

There's some companies down my way that make crane slings. HECO slings have been around since 1974. They're in Norfolk Virginia. Form what I have seen they do a lot of custom work. They don't have a website I can locate.

    What slings do you recommend?

Just make sure they're tagged. All rigging with cranes is required to be tagged per OSHA and AMSE. There are some really great slings out there that aren't tagged and shouldn't be in use.

    Overuse Injuries

It’s interesting. So I tested positive but never had any further symptoms. I did a food elimination diet this past summer based in blood testing and it was so amazing. Things that bothered me no longer do. I dropped all supplements and vitamins and only do some minerals. Incorporated fermented...
