I just realized potential problem... aren't Mesquite trees and palo verde trees super messy? Normally I would not care but I'm going to be having a small pondless waterfall installed underneath the tree so that I can have the sound of running water and attract more birds. Thanks for your reply! I am super confused.... I can't make up my mind between the two trees. Isn't one of them "better" than the other when it comes to feeding wildlife?
