I have Kernmaster, Vortex and Tachyon. Of the lot, Vortex wins. Yeah it's heavier, I suppose, but not an issue for me. So flexible, easy to grab (it's fat), and so strong that it doesn't notice a 200 lb climber - no apparent bounce or stretch. Most of the time, there's more bounce in your TIP...
I know that cavers climb in wet conditions, probably same can be said for rain forest climbers. But what about it? My rope wrench came with a warning not to use wet. Here are the questions:
