Sprockets are independent of the gauge. They have to match pitch: either 1/4 (never seen one on a 200/201) or 3/8. You will be happy with a 16” in either 0.043 or 0.050 gauge if it has any cojones. Otherwise, go with the stock 14”.

Do you adjust the length of what is hanging for the height? If you are targeting a 30 ft height, you should have less line below your hand than for a 50 ft shot. Varying the pendulum length can make a big difference in accuracy.
Late to the game on this one. Stein/Climb Right make an aluminum pad with replaceable velcro inserts. They cost a little more, but are super durable and make old steel bucs “feel” light. I have a set on Bashlins, and other climbers who pick them up always do a double take at how light they are...
