A lot of us do the work because we love it. There's a lot better paying careers, but we get to enjoy (at least some days) our jobs, and enjoy it enough to do the job as a hobby.

I have had work for hospitals, mental health clinics, summer camps, and military bases that require their own clearances. I screen employees when hired, but not for the lsa. I've never had a client have a worry about our employees. I've never had Google check in on it. I think they are worth it yes.
