A lot of us do the work because we love it. There's a lot better paying careers, but we get to enjoy (at least some days) our jobs, and enjoy it enough to do the job as a hobby.- Brando CalPankian

Trying to run a legit business where you bring more to the table than a paycheck for employees and a tree cutter to clients is a chore, let alone all of the regulation, paperwork, brown nosing, etc. It sucks at times. Google Local Service Ads
I have had work for hospitals, mental health clinics, summer camps, and military bases that require their own clearances. I screen employees when hired, but not for the lsa. I've never had a client have a worry about our employees. I've never had Google check in on it. I think they are worth it yes.- Brando CalPankian

Kay said she only did it on me and her as owners. She described it as this. If the service is sensitive, like in home care aide, then you'd need to get everyone evaluated. With our field every job isn't sensitive. You might get one or two that require clearances, but it's not like industries...- Brando CalPankian
