1985 ford teco boom & chip truck

Came across a 1985 ford with a teco boom and chip body. It has 58,300 miles and has been kept in a barn the past 10 years with minimal use. They are asking 10,000$ for it. I tested out the boom and all seems well with the truck. Was wondering if this was a good deal ? Thanks
