    Tensioning can be accomplished with a GRCS or similar. I've used mine with a pulley just above for redirect, Smooth sailing.

    Most outfits I know do the same with scheduling. Tell the HO their job is 2 weeks out and give a call 2 days before arrival. Scheduling seems to work out best that way. On another note.... Look! Up in the sky. It's a bird, it's a plane, no ...... it's a crane.
