diseased pignut hickory ????????

I have a Pignut Hickory here in Sussex County Delaware that has a disease that i cant seem to figure out and am hoping someone can shed some light on this situation!The Hickory is growing in rather sandy soil so wet feet does not seem to be an issue and there are no signs of a lightning...
