Jobber Software

I agree on all your points. The analytics are mostly useless to me and I liked the old home page better. I also have lots of little bugs that bother me like not being able to see what I'm typing in the client message section if using a laptop instead of phone. Overall it is still really useful though.

Agreed and hate all the spammy sales pitch links everywhere.
There are some needed changes they should be working on before trying to do all these new features.
I’d love to color code on the calendar, and have multiple ‘unscheduled columns’.. one for chip drop locations, one for reports, one for solo jobs and so on.. I’ve developed work around but daum it gets clutterly.
I’m about to creat multiple employee accounts for myself just to use a color code system. Ugh

I still get the popups on the program, but not the emails and other reminders. I let them know they were unappreciated and they took me off the list.

We do everything through there. Book keeping, invoices , estimate, they are our credit card merchant and we just signed on with Payroll as well. Saving money and super nice with everything on one platform.

I went from QBO to Jobber.
The big deal breaker with QBO was 80% of all emailed estimates or invoices were bounced by email servers. I’m talking simply not delivered even in junk folders.
Jobber is getting big for its britches and seems to be focusing more on YouTube ads than any substantial improvements.
One new pressing complaint is I need automatic sales tax to be applied per address. My little service area now has 3 different sales tax rates and I know I’m just going to have a hellacious time tracking that manually.

We don’t have any problems with emails

Pretty sure you can export all Jobber client info as CSV. I gotta think QBO will import that info???

Billing history can also be exported to a CSV spreadsheet.

Not sure about completed job details - that may be more complicated???

I've had the odd one go to a junk folder, but never had one not delivered.
