Subversive talk… yes. But, it seemed like the use of the terms implication, was a bad thing. Given what I said was subversive to actual Nazi actions.

For someone to give or say a gesture that makes people think more openly about Nazis, in the establishment where there has been much Nazi like actions of mass killings, is a good thing.
So many are appalled at someone giving a Nazi gesture in public, yet don’t care near as much when Nazi actions cause mass murder, shows peoples priority.
The mass killings, that Russia went into Ukraine to put a stop to, were Nazi actions.
The UN starting a war with the peaceful people of Katanga, to give the land to Lumumba were Nazi actions.

Many Americans leaders are educated in American universities, that are of the institution, that setup and funded the Nazis regime.
The largest American pharmaceutical companies are run by Nazis.

What's your source for mass killings in Ukraine prior to the Russian intrusion? I did a quick search, but didn't find anything Should we be invading other countries like North Korea, or Iran to end the crimes occurring there? Like should we be the World Police?

Read an interesting take. Musk is not a Nazi per se but the real Nazis close to the admistration, Stephen Miller, sebastian Gorka, and Steve bannon don't like Musk and have been trying to get him out. So by going out and seig heiling they can't say any longer that he isn't nazi enough.

And the cop still gets a paid vacation
Your comment probably deserves a separate thread. Do you really think it’s a good idea to leave the officer on the job while the investigation begins? Not sure they should be there and potentially influence or interfere. Never mind the mental health of the officer who just dealt with a high stress incident and killed someone. Maybe it’s more complicated than paid vacation. I would classify an officer shooting someone as a serious incident. After action protocol sends the message that it isn’t just business as usual. To bring it back to ffvcs, I don’t think we should normalize any serious, extreme, or potentially unlawful by government officials including cops.

The peaceful people of Katanga.. lol. You mean a mining company from Belgium trying to turn its stolen mines into its own private country? With the aid of actual nazi mercenaries. The only place I have seen your version of history is from white supremacists. Your outing yourself

I only got the shortest version of the story in my initial search, but the Russia-Ukraine narrative he presents is one that has the same flavor as his telling of the liberation of Katanga. I have only heard that from Putin sycophants, and he is such a classic example of a dictator, he is practically a cartoon villain.

I will back Will up though and agree that much of US history is tainted with love for the nazis, and that even people who claim not to be racists are often still supporting systemically racist policies. This is true on both sides of the aisle.

I had the opportunity to go to the tree show in augsburg last year and after the show a couple of friends and I went to visit Dachau. I had heard about Dachau before but didn't know much about it. It was the first concentration camp and the "model" for the rest. I thought I knew about the holocaust and that it was ALL about the jews. Dachau didn't start with jews. It started with homeless people. There were a lot of homeless veterans and alcoholics and "work avoider" they were sleeping on the streets and the place was pretty dirty.

The first thing the nazis did was to clean up this homeless problem by putting them in camps and rehabilitateing them to be proper citizens. "Work will make you free" Also thrown in the camps were all the communists and radicals. And of course the homosexual and the other "mentally ill" and disabled Germans. Gypsies were homeless and dirty so they were thrown in too

This was hugely popular because all of the sudden the streets were clean and shiny. Great progress was being made. The shiny streets of the third reich were no lie. Life was very optimistic for everyone. The work shy were put to work for the titans of industry and the country was bustling... Dachau was toured and shown off to other countries as an example of how to get control back of the streets. The ones in the camp that didn't make it were quietly disposed of. They began experimenting with efficient ways of body disposal at dachau. Jews didn't start showing up in numbers at Dachau until later. There was not that many jews in Germany in relation to Poland which is the majority of the jewish holocaust happened.

The policy for the jews and the immigrants at the beginning was to simply deport them. They were able to send some to palestine and a few to the US before the US and Britain cut that off. Shortly after the US said it had too many jews and couldn't take anymore, the death camps really started happening.

keep an eye on our homeless brothers and sisters, as well as trans people. And other non conforming people. Going to the dachau museum they had all the newspapers up at the time and the headlines about the homeless sweeps and the language and the excitement there was for that policy at that time. And one of the reasons the nazis became so popular was that they actually did clean up the streets and solve a lot of problems. Nobody bothered to check the closet where all those problems were being swept into.

It's interesting that some arb who spouted Putanist propaganda here sites his "search". I wonder what his authoritative source was. Republicans are so easy to sway, since they go to sites that got their info from other sites, that got their info....ad infinitum. And of course, everything's a conspiracy, so none of them will read this: https://www.pewresearch.org/short-r...m-social-media-as-from-national-news-outlets/
I had a strong feeling that this was an issue among young people from all walks, but I love getting some numbers to put to it.

Having been to Auschwitz-Birkenau, the absolute weight of that place is enormous.

You could be there on the warmest, sunniest day and feel like you're walking through the valley of death. Because you are.

Imagine a 9/11 happening every day for a year and you still come up short to the number of people murdered in that camp.

I don't think people truly comprehend the scale of what went on there.

So yea, fuck Nazis and anyone who supports, condones, or defends them. There's no place in this world for them.

The wheels are officially falling off. Trump now wants to deport American citizens with criminal record and use taxpayer dollars to have them imprisonEd in foreign countries. No shit?

I think Australia does something similar. The deportees go to an island kinda sorta outside the country but in ‘no mans’ land. This is for illegal immigants.
Yet the whole stage is set, even allowing the military to carry out operations. The writing is on the wall..
Not at all surprised but…. What else are they going to do with all the undesirables and natives.

Here in Merica natural born US citizens cannot be deported. Looks like Donny and the republican party are gonna have to try and do another end around the Constitution...
That may be true for now, yet with birth right being challenged there can be a potential investigation.
Great Tio was born in a shack, he wasn’t sure what side of the boarder it was on. Never had a birth certificate until much later with location ’unknown’ Got blown up in peril harbor survived that, somehow has a social security number. In those days there wasn’t even a fence post to mark the dotted line that the map showed.

I haven’t been able to track down my dad’s papers either. Good thing I’m not brown.. but they can’t take away what has been done?

Initially there was probably take over of land from natives for the mines. But, after the large Belgium presence left Katanga, there was a majority of natives living, working and thriving in Katanga, when the UN came in and slaughtered many on 2 different occasions.
The cold hard truth, does cause people to oust, those that mention it.

There were about 8,000 allegiant or simply ethnic Russians killed in the Dombast region of Ukraine, over the time from 2014 to 2021, by the regime funded, by the US in 2014. It's going to be hard to find this information in western media.
Most of the time we've been the "world police", we're in the country for our own motive, that ended in mass innocent people slaughtered.
