Holy fuck. I rode two sequoias. In the year 2008 til 2011. One SRT one reg.....had special rope bridges made by Nick Araya. Know the harnesses inside and out. My son Sam had the size 0 of the new kind with double bridges and knock off lower Ds like the TM.
Saying this they are half decent. But they are no fucking TM. Not even close. Missing many comfort things. Leg loops that float when you rotate your body out to branch tips. The range of motion that the rope bridges give on a TM are way better because of the floating leg loops. Sitting in suspension is way more comfy. Gear racking has way more options. Padding in far superior and durability is double the years. The replaceable parts are easy for a yearly rebuild.....geez it's like chalk and cheese. Dialing in a TM comes with a learning curve some never find the sweet spot. Others just have the wrong body type. They really are for slimmer climbers. An ass helps but not a prerequisite.
