Today....

You can change the foot bed to accommodate narrow and medium width. I run between medium and wide and have no issues, they are snug but not tight, fit like a glove and absolutely no break-in. I think I have had 5 or 6 pairs between the Rapace and the Mountain Trainer. I wear a 13 and the boot widens out exactly were my foot widens unlike the ArbPro boots that stay narrow through the ball of the foot area on me.

Some mowing and cleanup for the choo choo today. Got a bunch of material to the landing to load out tomorrow morning. I was able to score some old rail gear which will soon be adapted to my 5 ton machine. I’ve got close to 20 miles to manage. Hope this ends up being a good job. Been fun so far!

Thats a hell of a good price. I might have to order a pair or two myself. Where is this outfit located, I couldn't find an address.
Trade Inn Marketplace is in Spain. Don't know if they ship from there or have stock in the U.S. they work off of. They also deal in refurbished goods and Bitcoin. I would be inclined to pay a few extra dollars and order from a place in the U.S.
My 2¢

Gotcha!

Yikes, never seen that happen before.....

I was supposed to have an easy day tomorrow, then I noticed this fractured pine leaning 30 feet over the customers new building. Now I have to deal with it tomorrow instead. It's so bad that like, if I showed up in the morning and it had failed overnight, I would not be at all surprised.

“I didn’t choose the tree life, the tree life done chose me.”

I got one like that in my yard but it is not split like that.

And I already did two sketchy leaning pines for them today, that's why I was on the property! I said "you know, that one leaning over the building looks pretty bad" and he said, "Huh, it wasn't leaning that far the other day...." So I take a closer look, and yah, found this.

Daughter, S-I-L ND grand kids coming for a few days at Christmas. Going to put them to work. Got 4 to get down. Seems I always work when I go to their house so seems fair to me.

The wind pushing on one side of the tree can sometimes cause a twisting movement on the trunk and vertical cracking like that. I pruned some branches off a hollow, leaning oak that had wind exposure from a lake on one side. Now it's forming wound wood in the cracks. Might give it a few more years.

Those two big lower branches on one side make a great sail. Wind from the proper direction and you have yourself a corkscrew fracture like you have there. Have fun with it, but be careful of a unexpected barber chair.
