tree stuff, its been real....

Just thought I'd throw out my experience with treestuff of late. Bought a shoulder harness, noticed it had some missing stitching on one of the straps, called em up, was on hold for maybe 2 minutes, spoke with courtney who was knowledgeable about the equipment. Less than an hour later a replacement was in the mail to me. Didn't even wait for me to send her pictures.

Granted the rope being drop shipped seems to take forever and a day from who ever and where ever it's coming.

I give them 12 months. Many of the key incredible customer service reps like Josie have been fired. It's only a matter of time until they are totally systematically dismantled

I don't think I ever got my question answered as to how many people have been let go since the buyout, and how many were there before it happened. Too personal, too intrusive a question, I guess.

Why would you buy out another company and either allow or guide a systematic implosion of it? Isn’t that throwing money away? They have destroyed the RR2 project and others are not dealing with them anymore. Seems to be counterproductive when the vendors don’t want to do business either.

The RR2 project didn't look like it was truly next generation. It was an ergonomic RR1. The RR2 would have had less market share than the Akimbo. I think the Akimbo canned the RR2.

The RRs look amazing, so I'm not knocking them. I'm a total fan of Singing Tree products, owning two Quickies and two RWs.

My ClimbStuff order shipped the same day as ordered. Both items were still in stock. Tracking says it arrives tomorrow. Same way Treestuff used to be, so time for a new theory. ClimbStuff will eventually take over the place in Indy, and TS will move in with ST in NC.

Improvements! And hopefully price reduction :)

The following is a quote from one of Nick's recent posts. I hope it helps, maybe.

"There is also email. Treebuzz alerts tend to get buried and email is where I get most of my work done. I've responded to your pm.

Nick@treestuff.com please!"

I can vouch for this. I emailed Nick this morning and he returned my email within a half hour with an answer for me. Good stuff
