The New Notch Equipment Brand - For arborists by arborists

There's no white rain involved, so it's not a real tater Gun.

Truth. Nothing like a midnight run back into town to the Walmart to get white rain.

We did make an air powered one with a butterfly valve back in the day. Too much time, too many spare parts and too much fun to have.

Not out of the air powered gun but we Use to shoot nuts and bolts wrapped up in a shop rag, occasionally. It was our blunderbus load for when you needed a shotgun instead of a rifle lol

Inside the box there are 3 plastic sheaths with four pockets in them. 4 files in a sheath all the sheaths are rolled up and in the tube.

They are not rubbing against each other.

Thank you for the reply. My eyes aren't what they used to be and the pics on the website don't look so clear to me. Could also be the beer I've injested.

We are going to update the site. Your point was well taken. Thanks for the feedback

No problem. Gonna be adding five dozen of two sizes to my next order. These guys are hard on files. I swear that they sell them for dope or something cause non of the saws cut unless they're on my truck.
Who do I need to talk to about corporate pricing? im not sure if I am in that volume yet.

The replacement rubbers broke?

The rubber you got on your pre sale unit was bad. We held all the units until new rubber came in and then reworked them all.

Did you get the improved rubber straps we sent you?

Did you send them to all of us? If so, I didn't get them. Mine broke as well!

In South Atlanta about 20 years ago, the APD B squad showed up @ Ditch Witch one Friday afternoon because someone had filled a Hefty trash bag with Acetylene & set it off from a ways away with undisclosed methods.

A few blocks away, the dust that had settled in the ceiling of the Hertz Equipment Rental Mechanics shop was all shook off.

White Rain is bad stuff, but I know personally that Acetylene will send a spud into orbit if heavy enough carbon steel pipe is used to build the 7th grade science project vegetable launcher.

The reusable file case is cool. How bout a file holder that closes securely & fits three round files (little, medium, big) and a flat file. The file I need is always back on the work bench!

Currently using a Stihl 3 pack with 3 sizes of files and some duct tape on the back to make a space for a flat file, but the files fall out and get all covered in gunk.

Don't often need 12 of the same file to be nice and secure, but one of each on the jobsite would be a huge time/frustration saver.

This closes securely and would hold the files you mention. The box itself is available for sale by itself but the Notch files are only available by the dozen.

I wish y'all could carry the all in 1 mix & oil cans like Stihl sells in Europe.

I believe the reason they aren't sold here is because of popularity, but the EPA could be at fault also.

Briggs & stratton makes a combo can...
I received some of the Notch rings, expecting rebadged antals,I sent them back only because I didn't realize they carried a lifetime warranty like the abr rings... So now am wondering if they actually do have the notch lifetime warranty on the x-rings?
