Used isa study guide

Randy most arborists find that the study guide is a handy desk reference once the certification is obtained, so used copies tend to be rare. I'd suggest looking on Amazon, ISA international, and contact your local chapter office, to obtain pricing.

If you still want to continue to search for a used edition, make sure that it's the current (green cover) edition, if you plan to use it to study for the exam.

Good luck!

Yes that's very true and thank you! Sometimes it's worth just crossing your fingers on something used because you never know. 85 bucks for a new copy isn't gonna break me.

One of the best things about the study guide is that the concepts in it can generally be grasped by clients. It's not a bad thing to carry in your truck, so that when a client says "What do you mean you can't prune the center out of my tree like everyone else on my street?", you can show them the illustrations in the pruning section of the guide.
