Still doesn't mean it wasn't bouncing around inside of his trucks tool box for the last three years. Unlikely, yes, but could still be in rough shape. I've seen some saws that look like they've been through both world wars that guys claim to only had five tanks run through them.

Bought it at the expo this past fall. Kept it in my gear bag. Looks brand new. Been using the HH for about 4 years now and thought I'd give something else a try....no go. used it on a few climbs, found it way to "stop or go". But yea, other than using it to pull my bucket truck out of the mud its practically new! And it was just sold.
