Therefore, 'the best man' wins.

[/ QUOTE ]

Tis dangerous to equate ones fighting skills with ones moral integrity, this is surely folly, for if a man is a good fighter, this does not mean he is generally a good person.

There are many types of people in the world, nurses and doctors may not be able to fight, but they sure can administer care in a way a fighter never could.

Which would you prefer my friend? a world of fighters or a world of nurses?

I'd go with the nurses option every time.

Top level UFC guys rule.........on the street or in the cage.

Everybody knows in a street fight things would be somewhat different than in the cage. I'm sure UfC guys would have no problem adapting to street rules in a split second if the need arose.

They fight for a living in a minimal rules scenario, the jump to no rules in a street fight I'm guessing would be effortless.

I'm sure that Urijah Faber would handle anyone on the street.

I would have to agree. When he gets to the UFC he will be a champ.
Boxing is dead in America, after Mayweathers last two bouts.
MMA will fill the void. Those UFC guys are for real, forget about the groin kicks and eye gouges, MMA already ruined boxing, no matter how "sweet" a science boxing is.

There is also lots of research that says mma is not as dangerous as boxing. Mostly because you dont just have to punch someones face to win. Liddel vs Silva that should be good.

2 amazing fights last nite in WEC. Uriah Farber had a good fight with a very game challenger, and a guy named Chael from Oregon lost but had a great fight to an undefeated Brazillian guy. All veerry tough guys.

I was thinking some about this tread while watching the fights, and the level of action and excitement and skill and toughness shown by the top fighters was awesome and seems to me to be way beyond boxing.

Now I know you are a fake.

For I am not fake Mr Chisholm, to be labelled such is a terrible slate on my character. Twas merely using a creative technique to express my dislike of the glorification of violence.

Thank you

Creative typing to work around banned words won't be tolerated either. Get a grip on the language there's no reason to be THAT creative.
