Mar 21, 2006 #6 scott_baker Location Seattle, WA In my experience this twisyterd shape is not uncommon in mulberry. When you see it in other trees I have been told that it occurs in two ways one is genetic the other is repeated loading from wind...usually a one sided shape contributes.
