I like that shot from the platform. I've only picked a few trees with a 23 ton crane . The pieces look smaller from the platform than when in the tree . Alot noiser too . nice pics

Thats true. I have planned on picking something before only to change my plan once in the tree.

I was thinking I went to small buying a 12.5 ton unit but those look like pretty decent size picks with your 12.5 ton rig.Looks like you'll be doing some storm work this week!

COOL! Those Brigadiers and Bruins are cool looking rigs. What model Husky?Whats the power train in the Bruin? For that matter whats the specs on your Brigadier?

Im not sure on the loader model yet. The bruin has a 3208 cat. My Brigadier is a 3208 Cat also with a 13 speed.

Both my Bruin and Louisville have 3208's and 13 speeds. Not the fastest trucks on the road but very fuel efficient and dependable! When I was working in the Saratoga/Glens Falls/Lake George region I coulda used some more speed but over here in Vermont I'm hard pressed to find a road I can run 55 on!!
