So reviews are really just filtered information
I personally review all of our product reviews. When product reviews are negative they still get posted. If a review has no meaningful content, or has foul language, is lewd, crude, or otherwise unhelpful it doesn't get posted.

Sometimes we are able to reach out directly to the reviewer and solve their issue, and in those cases also the reviews might not get posted.

If you submit a review and it wasn't posted it either one of those reasons above, or I just haven't had time to read it and post it yet.

So reviews are really subject to whatever you find relevant. If the manufacturer reached out to me then you obviously read the review.

It was not vulgar in anyway; just descriptive. Of course the difference between vulgarity and descriptive is subject to "personal opinion".

Just like on Amazon, where 'reviews' were taken over years ago by bots and shills and algorithms, there is little to no reason to trust the reviews/comments on sellers websites. That is where forums like this, or other communities come in to provide much more fair takes and discussion on products.

Research is done elsewhere before deciding to buy.

The corruption of 'reviews' seems to have been perfected by Angie's LIst. A bad review, or even the threat of one, can lead to an almost blackmail setup.
