So reviews are really just filtered information
I personally review all of our product reviews. When product reviews are negative they still get posted. If a review has no meaningful content, or has foul language, is lewd, crude, or otherwise unhelpful it doesn't get posted.
So reviews are really subject to whatever you find relevant. If the manufacturer reached out to me then you obviously read the review.
It was not vulgar in anyway; just descriptive. Of course the difference between vulgarity and descriptive is subject to "personal opinion".

Sometimes we are able to reach out directly to the reviewer and solve their issue, and in those cases also the reviews might not get posted.
If you submit a review and it wasn't posted it either one of those reasons above, or I just haven't had time to read it and post it yet.
