Close, that photo is a couple weeks old. You would have it if it was a photo from today with the leaves out full.

I was about to edit my post and change it to Quercus hemisphaerica (Darlington oak)

Still not there. Just to give you a hint, the dbh is an inch shy of 7'.

I would have guessed Q. phellos, but to stay in the game I'll go with macrocarpa, even though it's not the right form...

No macrocarpa this far south TT. Waldo wins. Used to think this one was the second largest in GA but it got beat last year. 7 ' dbh, 97'tall, 104' spread.

Here's an oddball... Not really a tree, although there are a couple species that can take tree form. It's a popular evergreen plant here in the northeast. Very little landscape value.
