Carya ovata. Supposedly the largest in Ontario. Edible nut
Up for routine crown inspection, flare to crown and cable.
looking forward to it except for those huge plates of bark that grab your rope constantly. Like fighting a hundred monkys.

Yeah, that rough bark. Shagbarks always seem like one hell of a tough job. You got me thinking of 'favourite' climbing trees and I'd have to go with big European Beech.
