No, this is a sort of uncommon ornamental tree, but nothing wacky. I'll give another clue if needed soon.

Early on I was going to guess Maackia amurense, except for this:
"Fall color is virtually nonexistant and the leaves die off green."
Your tree has a decent color, but what the hell, Dirr can be slightly opinionated...
