TreeRex 2.0 (and general saddle talk)

A climber's saddle is a true representation of the climber themselves. It's always fascinating, and sometimes inspirational, to see what other climbers prefer and how they choose to set their saddles up.

This past week I made the transition to my new Edelrid TreeRex 2.0 (after climbing in the Courant Koala these last couple of years).
I spent three full days in the saddle, and I've got to compliment how much I enjoy it. Decided to set it up with all its additions (adjustable double-bridge and SRT attachment) and figure out how much or how little I'll actually use them.

I felt like the SRT attachment came in handy a couple of times when on a spar (though I don't personally do a lot of spar work). It kept me pulled in closer to my line. I may end up still removing it because I feel like the adjustable bridge could accomplish the same thing though.
The lower-d's are so easy to adjust under tension. That's a huge perk of this saddle.

I didn't find much use for the second bridge this week, but I think it'll come in clutch for different work-positioning set ups. I've got an RC Grapple on the way, and I'm really interested in using it with the second bridge.

I even appreciated the knee ascender bungee that comes built into it. Adjusted the length to fit me and put an accessory biner on it.

The back pads were a little stiff and left the top of my hip's slightly sore after a few long days in the saddle. Some of that could be on me still adjusting everything to me though. I feel like some of that tenderness will go away once I really get everything dialed in.

Overall, I'm really digging the new TreeRex 2.0.
Anyone else out there climbing in this saddle? How have you all set it up?

Had they switched to a cobra style buckle or honestly any other style of buckle it would have been high on my list of saddles. I know they fixed the buckles but still my luck would be the opposite
